Notice of Understanding

It is our intent and goal, at Christ Centered Coaching, to help you address, articulate and accomplish your individual or business goals or objectives.

We only work with individuals and businesses who are fully committed to making specific and measurable changes.

In order to do this we need to know and understand your expectations from us and make sure you know and understand our expectations from you. We will do this before we enter into any coaching arrangement.

All information will be held in the strictest confidence and not be shared with anyone unless you give us written permission to do so.

We will review our fees, and/or fee schedule, before entering into any coaching arrangement and expect payment prior to our services. Whether they be monthly, quarterly or yearly.

We do not sign any contracts and you are under no obligation to continue with us.

If you, or us, decide our relationship is not going well, we can discontinue it without any condemnation. (That is our ” no condo, no bondo” clause!)

We ask questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. We expect honest and committed answers. We expect assignments to be completed and we will hold you accountable to your answers.

We will not be more engaged or concerned about the outcomes then you are. However, if you are serious and committed, we will commit our time, skills, knowledge and energy to your concerns!
